At Warm Knit Wear Sales, we stand behind our streetwear collections as fiercely as you rock them. If your gear doesn’t fit right or match your rebel spirit, our returns process is as smooth as our premium knitwear stitching.

1. THE BASICS

You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate returns or exchanges. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging (keep those dust bags for our House Check Collection items)
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Kidswear (once removed from packaging)
  • Special edition items from our Specials or City Series collections
  • Final sale items marked “non-returnable”

2. HOW TO RETURN

Follow these steps to keep your return process tighter than our signature knitwear stitching:

Step 1: Notify Us

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you’re returning
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Pack It Up

Use the original packaging if possible. For delicate items like our Knitwear or Mesh Collection:

  • Fold neatly (no hangers)
  • Use tissue paper for protection
  • Include all original tags and authenticity cards

Step 3: Ship It Back

We recommend using a tracked service (DHL/FedEx preferred). Send to:

3. RETURN REQUEST TEMPLATE

Copy/paste this template to speed up your return:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Hi Warm Knit Crew, I’d like to return/exchange (circle one) the following item(s) from order #[Your Order Number]: – [Item Name] from [Collection Name, e.g., “SS24 Bestsellers”] – Size: [Your Size] – Reason: [Fit Issue/Changed Mind/Defect – please describe] I’ve reviewed the return policy and confirm the items are in original condition with tags attached. 4. REFUND DETAILS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Note: International refunds may take 7-10 days to appear in your account.

5. EXCHANGES

Want to swap those Denim Jeans for a different size? Or trade a Graphic Tee for a Polo Shirt?

  • We’ll cover standard shipping for size exchanges within the same style
  • For item exchanges, you’ll pay the difference if the new item costs more
  • Exchanges ship within 2 business days after we receive your return

6. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS?

If you received defective goods or wrong items from our Classics collection:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
