At Warm Knit Wear Sales, we ship our premium streetwear collections worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) with the same precision we put into our knitwear stitching.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) via DHL/FedEx – Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping via EMS (for orders over £50) – Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our streetwear as fiercely as you rock it. If your gear doesn’t fit right or match your rebel spirit, our returns process is smoother than our premium knitwear.
The Basics
- You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate returns/exchanges
- All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In original packaging (keep those dust bags for House Check Collection items)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene/quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Kidswear (once removed from packaging)
- Special edition items from our Specials or City Series collections
- Final sale items marked “non-returnable”
How to Return
Follow these steps to keep your return process tighter than our signature knitwear stitching:
Step 1: Notify Us

- Your order number
- Item(s) you’re returning
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
Step 2: Pack It Up
- Use original packaging if possible
- For delicate items like our Knitwear or Mesh Collection:
- Fold neatly (no hangers)
- Use tissue paper for protection
- Include all original tags and authenticity cards
Step 3: Ship It Back
We recommend using a tracked service (DHL/FedEx preferred). Send to:

Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Note: International refunds may take 7-10 days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Want to swap those Denim Jeans for a different size? Or trade a Graphic Tee for a Polo Shirt?
- We’ll cover standard shipping for size exchanges within the same style
- For item exchanges, you’ll pay the difference if the new item costs more
- Exchanges ship within 2 business days after we receive your return
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If you received defective goods or wrong items from our Classics collection:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
