  • All measurements are approximate
  • Limited edition items (Specials/City Series) are subject to availability

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

3.1 Placing Orders

When you add items to your cart, they’re reserved – but not guaranteed – until payment clears. Our checkout process is smoother than our mesh collection fabric:

  • Review your items carefully before payment
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct (we can’t redirect parcels)
  • International customers are responsible for customs fees

4. SHIPPING POLICY

4.1 Processing Time

4.2 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: EMS for orders over £50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates – customs may add delays. We can’t control postal services any more than we can control street fashion trends.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

5.1 The Basics

If our gear doesn’t fit your style (or your body), you’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate returns. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • In original packaging (dust bags for House Check items)
  • Not from our non-returnable list below

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Kidswear (once removed from packaging)
  • Special edition items (Specials/City Series)
  • Final sale items marked “non-returnable”

5.3 Return Process

  2. Pack items securely (original packaging preferred)
  3. Ship to our Returns Department (address in Section 1)

Refunds process in 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs aren’t refundable.
